Dale S. Zeitlin

Dale Zeitlin has been involved in the real estate business for over thirty years.  He was formerly President of a real estate holding company known as VCP that owned a portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties within the Phoenix metropolitan area.  

 As a principal in Zeitlin Capital, he, Dawn and Harry have been involved in the development, redevelopment, and acquisition of retail shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial parks.  We also are involved in the ownership, planning and entitlement of land for future residential development. The properties are located in Arizona and Texas. 

 Mr. Zeitlin is a real estate attorney, who is recognized by the Arizona State Bar as a real estate specialist.  He graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Economics, and Arizona State Law School.

Dawn Zeitlin

Dawn Zeitlin has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. She has focused her practice on acquisition and sale of property since 1993, representing both buyers and sellers. Dawn Zeitlin handles acquisition and sale of improved and unimproved real property from the beginning of a transaction at the negotiation and contracting stage, through due diligence and the closing of a sale or purchase. She also represents buyers on financing real property acquisitions.

Harry Zeitlin

Harry Zeitlin joined Dale Zeitlin and Dawn Zeitlin in their real estate business in late 2014. Prior to Zeitlin Capital, Harry worked at Reputation.com and Dropbox, Inc, where he served in a variety of business and operational roles. He also founded a technology company, Briefmine.com, which was sold in a private transaction. Harry has a Masters in Finance, and received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University.
